Hello and welcome to the session on Code of Conduct at Varthana. So you should know that ethics is very important here at Varthana. And in fact, it's all embedded in our values and particularly one value, which may seem a little vague. It is do the right thing. This vagueness is quite intentional because we don't want to boil ethics down to just strictly following this rule or that rule. that can actually be unethical if you're just trying to always push the boundaries of the hard and fast rules this isn't really true ethics doing the right thing is about you having a strong sense of value of what it is correct to do we can't make enough rules to cover every potential situation it would be like slavery but this notion that you and your head and your heart are thinking about what is right, what is right vis-a-vis the company, vis-a-vis the customer, vis-a-vis my colleagues. And this involves often a short-term sacrifice. And this is how we really know that we're ethical people with values is when you willing to sacrifice some benefit in the short term because you know that it incorrect to do that thing And you are thinking long term and you are remembering that my integrity my worth as an individual, my value as an individual is worth much more than this immediate short-term circumstance. And I will not sacrifice my long-term value to others and the world by cutting corners. This is all the more crucial here because you are not only representing yourself, but while you are at Varthana, while you are carrying out this work, you are representing Varthana. And so when you cut a corner, when you compromise, you are throwing the company under the bus. You are spoiling the brand, the image, the values that we have worked very hard to create and to solidify in the market. And this is a big differentiator. You guys would know very well that many companies cut corners, many companies have reputation for not doing the correct thing. And so I would ask that each of you for your own personal benefit and also thinking of Vartana as a family, as a company, that you would cherish and protect this notion that we are ethical and full of integrity and we do the right thing at every turn. Our reputation is in your hands. Thank you.
