8of 15 9.1.6. The final decision in case the committee is unable to conclude will be taken by the Chairperson of the ICC. A Committee Member shall cease to hold office as a member of the ICC when he/ she ceases to be an employee of the Company. Further, all or any member(s) shall be disquali- fied from acting as member(s) if they have been found to guilty of any Harassment or of act is involving moral turpitude. This policy will be applicable to any committee member found to be guilty of harassment or of any moral turpitu de and such member will be treated equally as an employee of the Company in the event of any such accusations/allegation. On the removal, res- ignation, or termination of a member the Company shall forthwith notify a substitute Member and train the said member at the very earliest to be a member of the ICC committee. Notwith- standing the aforesaid, the Company shall be entitled to terminate the appointment of any member of the ICC and appoint a substitute thereof at its discretion, at any time and without any notice. 9.1.7. The members of the ICC will hold their position not exceeding 3 (three) years from the date of their appointment. However, the Company may temporarily extend the term of the ICC to dispose of any pending complaint. Each member is eligible for re-appointment for another term if there has been a break of 30 days between each appointment. 9.1.8. Please refer to Annexure 1 for the list of members of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE AT AAPL 9.2. Functions of the ICC The ICC shall have the following responsibilities: 9.2.1. Implementation of the Act and Amendments thereof, and the Prevention of Sexual and Gen- der Harassment policy of the Company.
