Initiation of Complaint and ICC 10.1.1. Any Employee has been subjected to any act of Sexual and/or Gender Harassment (the “Complainant”) by another Employee or any employee who has witnessed such an incident, shall lodge a complaint through the following channels. Anonymous complaints will not be accepted. 10.1.1.1. E-mail to ICC Chairperson or HRBP from your official email ID only (if provided) or 10.1.1.2. Registered and/or ordinary mail and/or courier or 10.1.1.3. Personally, hand over a written complaint to any member of the ICC. If such a letter is handed over to any department head or CHRO or HRBP Manager , they said a written complaint must be forwarded by such an employee to the Chairperson of the ICC within 1 (one) working day of receiving the same. 10.1.2. The complaint must contain the information listed below: 10.1.2.1. Name of the Complainant 10.1.2.2. Date, time and place of incident 10.1.2.3. Nature and details of the incident 10.1.2.4. Name or description of the Respondent(s)
