13.2. In the event any Sexually determined behavior or conduct of an Employee or third party amounts to an offence under the Indian Penal Code, 1860, or the Act, the Company shall, notwithstanding the initiation and continuance of any enquiry or other proceedings under this Policy, render full assistance to the complainant in making a complaint or initiating any other proceedings with the appropriate authorities under the Indian Penal Code or under the new Act, as the case may be. 13.3. On receipt of the consolidated report of the ICC, as referred in this policy, at the end of each calendar year, the Company shall submit the same along with its observations and comments on the general compliance and implementation by the Company of this Policy to the District Officer as notified by the Government.
