CEO - Chief Executive Officer 5) DEFINITIONS 5.1. “Employee” will mean a person employed at the AAPL for any work on regular, temporary, ad hoc or daily wages basis, either directly or through an Agent, including a contractor, with or without the knowledge of the employer, whether for remuneration or not, or working on a voluntary basis or otherwise, whether the terms of the employment are express or implied and includes co -worker, a Contract Worker, Executive’s ,Officer’s, Manager’s, Probationer’s, Trainee’s, Apprentice’s, Consult- ant’s or called by any other such name. 5.2. “Workplace” will mean and include the followings that are provided or facilitated by the Company: 5.2.1. Any Office, Factory, Department, Branch, Ultra Small Branch, Satellite Office, any other Business unit and undertaking. 5.2.2. Any travel arrangements, rest area, lifts or public places in the work premises. 5.2.3. Any place visited by the employee arising out of or in the due course of employment, including transportation, lodging and boarding. 5.2.4. Working from home, remote working, deputed to work from other entities within or outside India, any other location employee is posted to deliver the duties that includes official get to- gether etc. 5.3. “Sexual harassment” will mean any one or more of the following unwelcome acts or behaviour (directly or by implication) namely: 5.3.1.
