Monthly Incentive Policy Objective: • To reward and recognize the efforts of employees for increasing business development, ensuring on - time repayment, promotion of social impacted products, conducting on time centre meetings, customer grievance handling, conducting on time end user verification, achieving high audit grading. Policy period: • 01st January 2026 – 31st March’26 Incentive Pay-out Date: • 17th of the subsequent month Policy Applicable for: • All Branch Manager, Cluster Manager of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra , Chattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Assam. Eligibility Criteria: 1. It is mandatory to qualify under Mission Parivartan Bonanza to become eligible for monthly incentive scheme. 2. Minimum disbursement criteria: Branch Vintage No. of Centre Officers deployed Minimum disbursement to be done Up to 12 months Up to 5 Centre Officers 30 Lakhs Above 5 Centre Officers 40 lakhs Above 12 months Up to 5 Centre Officers 35 Lakhs Above 5 Centre Officers 50 lakhs • EUV of 150 Clients (arrear free clients) preferably disbursed in previous months and 100% of arrear clients is mandatory.
