Component -3: Arrear Reduction Incentive • 150% of the average incentive earned by the underlying Centre Officers. • Clients Activations and OTS done on his/her own will be incentivized as per the Centre Officers Policy slab! Component-4: OTS Incentive • If a branch does minimum 10 OTS, then branch manager is entitled to 120% of the average OTS incentive amount earned by the Centre Officer. • Accurate mobile number of the borrower shall be captured accurately in Go -Collect / Finpage application. • OTS letter shall be signed by the borrower at the time of OTS settlement. • Centre Officers who will join during the month or who are not handling the arrear portfolio will be excluded for calculating the average OTS incentive.
