Credit Rating Criteria Incentive Amount 
A Grade Roll back Ratio is 0% Rs.500/- 
B Grade Roll back Ratio is 0.1-1%  Rs.0/- 
C Grade Roll back Ratio is between 1.1% - 2% Rs.250/- will be dis-incentivised 
D Grade Roll back Ratio is greater than 2% Rs.500/- will be dis-incentivised 
 
Incentive Criteria for Cluster Manager: 
• 150% of the average incentive earned by the Branch Manager. Milestone based incentive: 
Average DB per Branch Incentive Amount 
50 Lakhs per branch Rs.3000/- 
65 Lakhs per branch Rs.4000/- 
80 Lakhs per branch Rs.6000/-
