Logging and Pre-Approval of Gifts, Meals, Entertainment and Solicited Donations. To the extent required pursuant 
to this Guideline, personnel must obtain prior approval  and maintain a log of  gifts, meals, entertainment and/or 
Solicited Donations as follows:

donations solicited by, Public Officials
