SME Contribution TERMS & CONDITIONS Submission Requirements: 1. Documentation: All external and self -initiated learning must be submitted to L&D with verifiable supporting documents 2. Timeline: Only learnings completed within the evaluation month will be considered 3. No Rollover: Points cannot be carried forward to subsequent months 4. Final Authority: The final decision rests with the L&D team PROOF REQUIREMENTS BY CATEGORY BOOKS • Photo of book with personal notes/highlights • Short reflection or summary (1-2 pages or bullet points) • Peer sharing session or team meeting presentation PODCASTS • Screenshot of completed episode from platform (Spotify, YouTube, etc.) • Reflection notes with bullet points summarizing key learnings • Brief sharing in internal forum/team huddle EXTERNAL COURSES/WORKSHOPS/CERTIFICATIONS • Certificate of participation/completion • Proof of registration and attendance (email confirmation, event pass) • Photos from event (for physical workshops) WEBINARS / ONLINE PLATFORMS • Completion certificate • Screenshot of dashboard showing course progress and completion • Reflection/summary of learnings SME/KNOWLEDGE SHARING SESSIONS • Agenda and presentation slides (if used) • Confirmation from L&D/attendees that session was successfully conducted PLATFORM-BASED LEARNING (LMS/LinkedIn Learning) • Automatic reports from platform showing completed courses and hours • Certificates of completion (if available)
