Please refer to approval grid for the same. • Respond to calendar invites by accepting invites and join the training session 5 minutes early. • Absenteeism is not encouraged for any sessions, hence if you are unable to join the training session due to any exigency, kindly inform the organizer/L&D representative in advance alongside your reporting manager. • Managers are also encouraged to promote the learning culture within their teams by nominating their team members for relevant trainings. • Attendance is tracked for every session and is important to maintain records of individual’s learning hours during the year as learning hours are integral part of PMS. • Below is the standard training structure to be followed and everyone is expected to treat learning and related communications of utmost significance. • Training sessions, workshops, or development programs scheduled on weekends or public holidays shall be considered an integral part of the employee’s learning and development journey. Accordingly, no compensatory leave or time -off shall be granted for participation in such sessions . Employees are encouraged to view these programs as opportunities for personal and professional growth, aligned with the organization’s continuous learning culture.
