• To further strengthen the culture of continuous learning, a structured 'Learner of the Month' 
recognition framework has been introduced. • This annexure outlines objectives & parameters for evaluating learning efforts, including courses 
completed, self-initiated learning, feedback, Internal SME sessions, and application of learning. • The program ensures fairness, celebrates continuous learners, and motivates wider

11. Points to remember for virtual learnings 
 
• For virtual training sessions, kindly make sure that all the sanity checks are done well in 
advance & your camera is switched on and earphones are plugged in for the session. For virtual training sessions, please ensure all necessary preparations are completed 
in advance. This includes conducting a thorough sanity check, turning on your camera, 
and using earphones for optimal audio quality during the session. • RM and L&D approval is mandatory.
