• Approvals are valid for 1 month from the date of approval. • Once L&D approval is received, you need to enroll into the learning course within 7 days from the date of final approval. • Any individual learning must be completed within 3 months from the date of approval or within the stipulated timeline of course in case of longer program. • Certifications and all supporting documents must be shared with L&D to get your learning journey marked as completed and to get the certification and L&D tracker updated. • Please note that no cost will be reimbursed (related to learning courses) without a proper invoice and prior approvals as per approval grid. 12. Payback Policy For all successfully completed training programs, the organization will bear the full cost of training and certification, but the below-mentioned payback rules will apply in the event of the employee leaving the organization within stipulated timeline during or after completing the individual learning. Program Cost Range Working Tenure Recovery Amount 0<=50K Within 6 months 50% Post 6 months NIL 51K<=99K Within 12 months 75% Post 12 months NIL 1Lac and above Within 12 months 100% Within 24 months 50% Post 24 months NIL Course expiration NA 100% Certification failed NA 100% *The above criteria are based on the assumption that an individual will be able to apply knowledge gained from the completed course within the mentioned timeline proportionate to the cost spent on individual learning. • If the cost of individual learning course enrolled is between 0 to 50,000/- and employee departs from the organization within 6 months of completing the course, they shall be obligated to reimburse 50% of the total cost to the organization. • If the cost of individual learning course enrolled is between 51,000 to 99,000/- and employee departs from the organization within 12 months of completing the course, they shall be obligated to reimburse 75% of the total cost to the organization. • If an individual fails any paid certification, then the individual will be liable to reimburse 100% of the exam cost to organization. • If an individual enrolls in any course and fails to complete the same within due timeline, then the individual will be liable to reimburse 100% of the total cost to the organization.
