Learning & Development Guidelines 1. Objective The objective of this guideline is to establish a structured framework for employee development that aligns with organizational goals, enhances individual capabilities, fosters a culture of continuous learning, and contributes to improved employee retention and long-term business sustainability. This guideline outlines the processes involved in identifying, planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating learning and development initiatives. These initiatives aim to upgrade employees’ knowledge, skills, and competencies, enabling them to perform their roles effectively and efficiently. Skill and knowledge enhancement may be facilitated through various learning platforms such as seminars, workshops, orientations, e-learning and internal or external training programs. These platforms provide specialized instruction and practical exposure, helping employees become proficient and future -ready. 2. Eligibility Criteria (Any of These) • Business Plan, which includes special skills/project skills • To support department needs as per the organization objectives • Development needs of employees, based on individual development review of the employee, information from skill matrix and from the projects and client’s Requirements • Nomination by Senior Management for some specific roles/objectives 3. Training instructions • Nominate yourself for the training programs by initiating an email to your RM and L&D SPOC as recommended by L&D.
