14. Validity & Completion Timelines 
 
• Approvals are valid for 1 month from the date of approval. • Enrollment must be made within 7 days of final approval. • Any learning program must be completed within 3 months of approval or as per the course’s 
official duration. • Delays beyond stipulated timelines will require re -approval from Reporting Manager and 
L&D.
