Assessment Exemptions • Employees who are unable to attempt an assessment due to valid reasons (medical emergencies, business exigencies) may appeal to the L&D team for exemption or an extended attempt window. • Such exemptions will be granted on a case-by-case basis. 16. Manager Accountability • Managers must ensure that the nominated training is relevant to the employee’s role and career development. • Post-training, managers are encouraged to provide feedback on how the learning is being applied in the workplace. 17. Integration with PMS • Learning hours and participation in development activities will be recorded and tracked by L&D on submitting valid proof. • These records will form an integral part of the Performance Management System (PMS), with weightage considered during appraisal discussions.
