Annexure – Learners of the Month Program LEARNERS OF THE MONTH Evaluation Framework & Policy OUR MISSION To encourage continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and practical application of skills through objective and transparent recognition of top learners each month. EVALUATION PARAMETERS 1. PLATFORM-BASED LEARNING (Maximum: 60 Points) Courses Completed (Max: 30 Points) • 3 points per completed course (minimum 30 minutes) • Platforms: LinkedIn Learning / Coursera • Must be relevant and non-repetitive Total Learning Hours (Max: 30 Points) • 3 points per learning hour • Must be completed on approved platforms • Quality verification by L&D team 2. SELF-INITIATED LEARNING (Maximum: 15 Points) External Courses/Workshops(Max: 10 Points) • 4 points per verified external course/workshop (Minimum 2 hours of course/workshop) • Physical attendance required • Must Provide Completion certificates Self-Driven Learning Hours (Max: 5 Points) • 1 point per hour with valid proof • Includes: Webinars, Podcasts, Books, Online courses • Reflection summary required *Courses/Workshops completed from regulatory or recognized industry bodies such as SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL, RBI, or other reputed institutions relevant to the Stock Broking and NBFC business will carry 5 points each *Self-driven learning hours completed through programs or resources from SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL, RBI, or other recognized industry bodies will carry 2 points per hour. 3. Feedback Submission & Knowledge Sharing (Maximum:20 Points- To be awarded by L&D Team) Detailed Feedback for L&D (Total 5 Points) • Comprehensive feedback covering all required fields • Quality validated by L&D team for meaningful input • Conduct short internal sessions (10 –15 minutes) based on their course learning (5 Points) • How these will be or have been applied in their role or department, to be shared. (3 points) • Independent sessions taken by employees on some subject of their expertise under our SME Sessions (7 Points) Note : Employees must compulsorily submit a short Learning Reflection Form within 7 days of completing any course. The form shall include: o Key concepts learned (3–5 points).
