6. Approval guidelines • The approvals are required for external training, individual training, certification courses, webinars with cost associated or any special learning requests which involve costs. • Any internal training planned by L&D (Instructor led / virtual instructor led / Self-paced) would not require any special approval until mentioned otherwise. • The approval process is applicable for all individuals except at leadership level. • The approval process is as follows: i. Once you have identified specific learning need, write an email to your Reporting manager/ HoD for approval mentioning these important fields - course name, learning platform, cost to be incurred, purpose of learning specific course and how it will add value in your current role. ii. Take the email approval from Reporting Manager/ HoD & submit the same to L&D iii. Enroll into the learning course post L&D approval and share all supporting documents related to that learning with L&D team and a mandatory feedback form also needs to be submitted. • The approvals are only valid for a month from the date of approval and any delay to enroll in learning course will require fresh approvals from RM and L&D • Please note that any identified or approved learning course must be directly aligned with your current role and the final approver (HoD/ L&D), holds the authority to disapprove a request which is not aligned with the required capabilities.
